• Jubilant MotorWorks, automobile vertical of Jubilant Bhartia group, established in 2009, is Audi India’s largest partner with 14 touchpoints across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Mumbai, and Goa.
• In 2014, they expanded into Maserati, Porsche, and Lamborghini dealerships but exited these businesses in 2019.
• They now operate 11 Morris Garages touchpoints in Karnataka and launched The Cars Collective, a used car dealership, in 2020.
• In 2022, Jubilant entered the sustainable mobility sector, partnering with Altigreen Propulsion Labs and Ather Energy in Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Gujarat.

Programme:

• Assess and address training needs for employees across Audi, MG, Ather & Nissan, both behavioral and functional (Tele-calling, Cx and Support).
• Collaborate with business leaders & training partners to plan, and implement learning strategies and programs in line with the L&D framework.
• Contribute in various learning initiatives like LMS, mystery shopping and other learning tools.
